Enrique Miguel Iglesias Preysler was born in Madrid to the famous singer Julio Iglesias and the socialite of Spanish-Filipino descent Isabel Preysler. This was followed by the Greatest Hits album and a world tour in 2009. Euphoria and Sex and Love were the artist’s first bilingual works.
With over 140 million records sold worldwide, Enrique is one of the most successful Latin artists of all time. He has more number one hits on the Billboard charts than any other pop artist. He has also appeared in advertising campaigns for brands such as Salsa Doritos, PepsiCo, Viceroy, Tommy Hilfiger, and Azzaro. He has also appeared in films and TV series including Once Upon a Time in Mexico, Two and a Half Men, and How I Met Your Mother. Iglesias is an active supporter of charities such as the Red Cross and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
